Description

Suffolk County Council is seeking providers who are interested in delivering the care and support for a 19-year Male with a diagnosis of autism, learning difficulty and emotional behavioural dysregulation.

The new support provider would need to work closely with Disabled Children and Young People, Adult Social Work Services and the individuals' mother during the implementation and transition phase to ensure a smooth transition.

The deadline for submission of tenders is Wednesday 6th March 2019 at 1.00pm. Bids submitted after this time will not be permitted and therefore not accepted.

The deadline for clarification questions is Thursday 21st February at 5.30pm. Clarifications sent after this time will not be answered.
