Description

The Education and Skills Funding Agency requires a suitably experienced Contractor to express their interest to tender for the refurbishment and remodelling of 9no classrooms and reception area, plus design of M&E systems.

The Contractor will be procured on a full design and build basis for the works of a temporary accommodation facility.

The construction programme runs for four weeks during August 2017 with handover required at the end of August to enable the school to move in ahead of the start of term on the 8th September 2017.

The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement, and the contract will be awarded on the basis of the following split: qualitative assessment (70%) / quantitative assessment (30%).
