Contract scope

Framework agreement with construction companies through which individual intermediate value building projects or programmes of work ranging from 500,00 GBP to 4,000,000 GPB Plus. Single Lot, Hampshire and partners use only. Majority of projects expected to be 1,500,000 GBP and 3,000,000 GBP and consist mostly of extensions, refurbishments and alterations to existing schools. However any type of building work to a property, inc. housing, and associated construction services such as a hard/soft landscaping is included. Designed to deliver construction projects using two stages (with initial mini-comp).
