Description
As part of the Discovering Safety Programme (DSP) we would like to commission an independent review of the work to date with respect to establishing a suitable knowledge management system with a roadmap for ongoing development, assessment of text mining outputs and requirements going forward.
The DSP is an ambitious five-year programme which aims to improve health and safety on a global scale by using new insights from data and analytical techniques. The programme has been running since September 2018 and is being delivered by HSE and its key partners.
To help develop an effective plan for the Text Mining (TM) / Knowledge Graph (KG) work in the next phase of the programme and the longer term, we are looking for a technology agnostic consultancy (i.e. not commercially associated with a specific product or vendor).
