Description

This project covers one package of Stage 1 works, related to public realm improvements at The Royal Docks. The specific requirements are for works at the Regatta Centre at Dockside Road. The successful contractor will be asked to deliver Hard and Soft Landscaping Works, including but not limited to; removal and transport of large statues to a storage location within the Royal Docks, arboricultural works, picking up the levels and reworking the mound adjacent to Dockside Road edge, providing a flush access to the lawns, proposing a gentle slope from Dockside Road (current wall) up to the level of the second lawn using reclaimed earth / new, provision of street furniture, cleaning all the edges, fixing wobbly areas, paving trip hazards, dilapidated grilles.
