Warwickshire County Council (the Council) is responsible for arranging the reprocessing of materials collected through 8 of its Household Waste Recycling Centres (HWRCs)/Collection Points. The Council is seeking a contractor to meet its material reprocessing requirements for mixed scrap metal (Goods).

The ITQ has been issued using the Council's E-tendering portal, and the whole procurement process will be managed using this system.

Any queries or requests for clarification must be made in writing via the correspondence function on the E Tendering portal https://in-tendhost.co.uk/csw-jets/aspx/Home.
The Council does not accept, and will not respond to any verbal requests for clarification. Requests for clarification will be accepted until Wednesday 11th December 2019, 12 noon
