Description

The West Midlands Growth Company (WMGC) will establish an agreement with one supplier to deliver the requirements included in the scope of this tender process.

The tender is focused on the agency delivering a creative campaign strategy, plan and high-quality, multi-format creative concepts that can be deployed across a range of campaign activations.

Strategic Creative
We require the services of a strategic lead creative and marketing agency to develop a campaign strategy, plan and impactful creative multi-channel marketing campaign that will resonate with our identified target audiences
Campaign deliverables include (but are not exclusive to):
o Big idea campaign creative concept/s, leveraging and building out the innovation narrative and messaging that has been developed by our communications agency
o Advertising and campaign core assets - hero campaign, hero advert (film), and high-level activations which may include an experiential concept
o Range of sector and life-stage focused marketing campaign assets for international markets, defined by the media strategy, but including programmatic creative (audio, video, display) and outdoor appropriate to international markets (media spend budget is separate)
o Creative for sales materials - brochures and flyers
o Content and creative for digital channel amplification - social media, campaign microsite
o Case study creative formats - video and written
o Full events activations: examples include London Tech Week, EXPO Real and Birmingham Tech Week
o International sales missions - we are planning international trade missions in 24/25 where we would showcase the campaign using related collateral, content and presentations
o Physical experiential in one location
o Guerilla campaign activity
