The Authority is reviewing the technical solutions available within its Catering Traded Service. The current process for communicating infromation is paper-based, relying on paper and 2nd class postage, which is expensive, manual and slow for staff at either end of the process. The Authority is looking to procure a solution that will help to meet its key functional requirements, whilst facilitating effective and innovative ways of working, such as stock management and ordering.
