Description

Chelmsford City Council wishes to refurbish six staff toilet areas and remodel an existing shower area. The works will comprise a strip out of existing fixtures, fittings, sanitary ware and refitting with new following the making good of the floors, walls and ceilings. The rooms are to be redecorated and have new floor coverings. The works also include Mechanical and Electrical services using nominated sub-contractors.
