Description

The University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust ("the Authority") is issuing the request for quotation (RFQ) in connection with the procurement of a Welfare Officer for Inherited Metabolic Disease (IMD Patients.The Trust is looking to implement a new service which provides the support of an integrated and effective welfare and benefits support service for our IMD patients.

Service requirements include (but not limited to): Assessor on site, Telephone advice and Income maximisation advice.

The Contract shall be for a period of 12 months and is due to commence 11/09/2017.
