Description

The DVLA Board (the Board) carries out an annual self-assessment of its effectiveness and capabilities as a group against a number of key indicators. It now seeks an independent, external assessment in order to validate the conclusions of those exercises, to assess its maturity against a wider set of measures, to benchmark the Board against others and to identify recommendations that will enhance its effectiveness. This requirement will need to be carried out our premises in Swansea.
