Description

The objectives of the Tender are to seek improvement from the clinical and commercial outcomes from plastic and breast surgery activity, through collaborative clinical, procurement and supplier working. The Trust is looking for recommendations on product selection to rationalise ranges, whilst still maintaining clinical outcomes and patient pathways with sustained cost improvements.
