Construction of mass concrete retaining wall with reinforced concrete parapet, including all required excavation, disposal and backfilling works and provision of all temporary works required for the works (including works to retain the existing A39 during construction of the works).
• No subcontract design of the permanent works.
• Subcontractor to design all temporary works (including design of temporary works to retain the A39 during construction of the works)
The conditions of subcontract are the 3rd Edition (April 2013) of the NEC Engineering and Construction Short Contract as amended in subcontract enquiry.
Lump Sum Price. Activity schedule to be used for payment purposes & tender assessment purposes
