The LBC requires 3rd party provision to cover it's M&E service, repair and maintenance requirements and is offering the following 6 contract packages to the market: Contract 1 - Communal Heating North, contractor to provide planned preventative maintenance, repairs and be the resilience lead for the following service areas: Communal heating systems in boiler rooms Heat metering Contract 2 Communal Heating South - contractor to provide planned preventative maintenance, repairs and be the resilience lead for the following service areas: Communal heating systems in boiler rooms Heat metering Contract 3 -Bulk Gas Services and Maintenance - contractor to provide planned preventative maintenance, repairs and be the resilience lead for the following service areas: Bulk gas network Contract 4 Electrical Services and Maintenance - contractor to provide planned preventative maintenance, repairs and be the resilience lead for the following service areas: Communal Electrical installations Domestic electrical testing and remedial works Lightning conductor maintenance Communal Mechanical Ventilation Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery ('MVHR') Contract 5 -Lift Services and Maintenance - contractor to provide planned preventative maintenance, repairs and resilience lead for the following service areas: Passenger Lifts in blocks Contract 6 -Ancillary Services - contractor to provide planned preventative maintenance repairs and be the resilience lead for the following service areas: Door entry systems
