Description

Goldsmiths' College, University of London (the College) wants to appoint a Microsoft recommended solution provider to help further develop the CRM.

The College currently uses Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015 (CRM) in Student Recruitment Engagement (SRE) and Student Services.
SRE have been using CRM since 2014 to manage enquiries and communications with prospective students and applicants. The College uses Click Dimensions software to develop and send automated communications. CRM 2011 was initially installed however this was upgraded to CRM 2015 in June this year.

Student Services have recently started using CRM to manage student enquiries and student advisor appointments.

The initial requirement will be to develop the CRM for use in SRE for the management of events
