This area along the quayside is on grass/soft ground ? this will be the area developed for the principal sponsor so will be of a high presentation standard. The area will host receptions and guests throughout the 4 days and will require some flexibility in its set up in that time.

Flooring and finishes are to be finalised and will be agreed with the approved contractor in July 2016 ? options should be provided with costs as part of this quotation including flooring, linings and lighting
