Description
Derbyshire Dales District Council (DDDC) is seeking to procure the provision of Safety Stewarding and Cash-in-Transit, Matlock Bath Illuminations 2017, 2018 and 2019
Matlock Bath Illuminations (the Event) is an annual Event taking place each Saturday and Sunday between 9th September and 28th October 2017.
The role of the stewards is, so far as possible, to maintain the health and safety of the public visiting the event and to provide information and directions to the public. This is a family event, which requires stewards to behave with utmost diplomacy and sensitivity, whilst still ensuring that the public do not behave in a manner in which they could harm themselves or others.
There is a charge for entry to this Event. Therefore, cash collection and delivery is required each night of the Event (i.e. every Saturday and Sunday) and this will form part of the Contract.
