Description
A portable and rugged Infra-Red Gas Analyzer Photosynthesis System with integrated Fluorometer with fully-automated CO2 and H2O control (for Relative Humidity/Vapor Pressure Differences) (including accessories, plus additional chambers, and extended warranty). This will be a new state-of -the-art infra-red gas analysis (IRGA) and built-in chlorophyll fluorescence (CF) equipment to enable measurement of whole-plant and leaf-level simultaneous photosynthesis and gas exchange parameters in the field and in glasshouse/controlled environments. It will be a rugged and flexible tool to research trait variation across germplasm (eg. across crop varieties, crop wild relatives, inter-and intra-species comparisons) in response to environmental changes and abiotic and biotic stresses.
