Description

Crown Commercial Service, as the Authority, intends to put in place an
agreement for the provision of Occupational Health, Employee
Assistance Programmes and Eye Care Services for use by Central
Government and UK public sector bodies.
The indicative lotting structure will be:
Lot 1 - Full Service Provider
Lot 2 - Occupational Health Services
Lot 3 - Employee Assistance Programmes
Lot 4 - Occupational Health services - Regional supply
Lot 5 - Eye Care Services

VI.3.
Crown Commercial Service (CCS) and Civil Service Employee Policy (CSEP) intend to establish a replacement
framework for the provision of OH, EAP and Eye Care Services. The contracting vehicle will be available to Central
Government (CG) Departments, their respective agencies, Non Departmental Public Bodies, Arm's Length Bodies and
the Wider Public Sector. The objective of this procurement is to develop a revised contracting vehicle to replace
Framework RM3795.
The new contracting vehicle is likely to include the provision of the following: (this list is not exhaustive and subject
to change)
OH- Online Portal, Telephone Services, Management Referrals and Reports, Surveillance Services; Fitness for Task
and Safety Critical Services; Immunisations/Vaccinations/Inoculations/Medications and Blood Tests; Workstation and
Workplace Assessments;, OH Guidance and Education and Policy and Strategy Advice; Other specialist services
EAP - Online Portal, Telephone Services, Counselling Support: Therapeutic Interventions; Advice and Information;
Trauma and Critical Incident Support; - Management Support, Health and Well being Promotion; Counselling for
Overseas Staff; Additional Management Support; Harassment and Bullying Support and Mediation Services
Eye Care - Eye Sight testing for VDU users and dispensing - Specialist Safety Eye Sight Testing and Eyewear.
It is anticipated that the framework duration will be a 3 year period with the option to extend for an additional year
(3+1).
CCS will be running a supplier engagement session with regards to a new procurement for RM6182 Occupational
Health & Employee Assistance & Eyecare. The session date is to be confirmed, and will take place in the form of a
webinar.
The session will be limited to a maximum of 1 delegate per organisation.
