Research services to conduct an evaluation of the second year of the Transition to Adulthood Hub; a new initiative of delivering probation services to the 18-25-year-old cohort. The evaluation will develop the evidence base and help understand whether the pilot has been implemented and delivered as intended and identify factors that have helped or hindered its effectiveness.
