Description
The Council wishes to appoint a provider for installing a buried District Heating Network ("DHN") in the Old Marked East and West areas of Bristol.
Bristol City Council shall undertake the design of the Civil and Mechanical elements of the works and is wishing to award a contract for the Build of approximately 1000 linear meters of DHN in the Castle Park/Old Market area of Bristol. These works will interface with developments and their developers to service branch heating pipes to agreed building/development entry positions and shall also extend to 2 x temporary energy centre location.
Please note a 5 year defects correction period is included within contract period - works are envisaged to be completed by 29th May 2020.
