Description

Construction of a Residential Development at the Avenue Site Whitley Bay. The development is for a scheme of 12 luxury properties on the site of the former Avenue public house which has now been demolished. The site is located within the vicinity of a £36m Seafront Regeneration Masterplan, which includes plans to restore St Mary's Lighthouse, proposals to improve the Watts Slope area, major renovation of the Spanish City Dome, significant promenade improvements and attractive landscaping along the coastline between St Mary's Lighthouse and Cullercoats Bay.
