Description
The Habilitation Support Service aims to support children and young people living with visual impairment (VI) with the provision of individualised training and support to enable them to develop independent living skills, mobility, self-confidence and fulfil their potential. The aim of habilitation training is for the child or young person to become as independent as possible within their physical and cognitive capabilities.
Contract is expected to commence 1st November 2024 for 3years with option to extend for a further 2 years on an annual basis at the sole discretion of the council.
