Description
Herefordshire Council, wishes to invite tenders for the construction of a new foul water sewer serving the existing Shell Store Building and connecting to an existing mains foul drain off site, approximately 150m distant in the Thorn Park Industrial Estate. The work is to be built in accordance with Welsh Water specifications, inspections and tests and will be adopted by them at the end of the 12 months maintenance period. The works also include all necessary enabling works, access and cycleway / footway diversion works, services survey works and surfacing reinstatement works.
