Description

Fortis Living is seeking 1 suitable contractor who has the appropriate skills, equipment, track-record and management capability to deliver and manage a window cleaning programme Group-wide. Various locations throughout Worcestershire and Herefordshire across the next 5 years. No subcontracting nor location selection will be permitted, we currently have 229 blocks requiring bi-monthly cleaning ranging from 2-12 storeys.

Our 3 high-rise blocks (each 12 stories high) are the key criteria throughout the various decision making processes, current/recent experience with dealing with high-rise block is critical.
