The Council would like to appoint an Interim Project Lead to review the following: Review and understand the Gandlake solution, (what works well, what does not work well, what do we want the new solution to do, what impact and how does universal credit fit in). Review our existing systems and subsequent contracts to ascertain what we have already purchased and whether these be further maximised to see if we are utilising them to their full potential.
