Description

The Department for Education (DfE) are looking to appoint national delivery partner(s) to deliver a number of
services within a framework for the following services with a lots:
1) Restructuring Services including Insolvency Practitioner (IP)'s (Independent Business Review's,
Administration and advice);
2) Forensic accounting and investigation support services;
3)Audit and Assurance including but not limited to annual programme of audit and funding assurance reviews, ad-hoc audit and assurance services;

Suppliers successful for a place on the Framework will be awarded work on the basis of a rotational process or where certain circumstances apply within the terms awarded using a further competition.

The Authority has the option to extend the framework on two occasions on the terms set out in the procurement documents. If the Authority decides to exercise its right to extendthe framework each extension to be for a period of 12 months maximum.

A maximum of 12 suppliers will be awarded a place on the framework for each lot

The Department for Education and its agencies and public bodies will be the customer
The Mayoral Combined Authorities (MCA) and the Greater London Authority (GLA) are also considered Contracting Bodies and may call off from the framework under lot 3. The MCA's include:
Cambridgeshire and Peterborough
Greater Manchester
Liverpool City Region
North of Tyne
Sheffield City Region
Tees Valley
West Midlands
West of England 
No directly elected mayor
North East Combined Authority
West Yorkshire Combined Authority
