NOTE: This notice was updated on 12 August 2024 for the following reason: https://www.delta-esourcing.com/tenders/GB-London:-Implementing-Diverse-by-Design-for-adult-social-care/YMTW72SX2J(Across the adult care sector, we have a shared ambition to promote and support a diverse and inclusive workforce that can represent and reflect communities served. This work will support with translating this ambition into the practical steps to make it a reality.

With this in mind, this project seeks to -
a)support council adult social care (ASC) teams to embed fair values, systems, and behaviours in the workplace.
b)enable ASC teams to evaluate their current approach to community engagement and relationship building through the lens of equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI).)
