The Authority are looking to commission an evaluation of the Life Chances Fund. The purpose of the evaluation is to;
- Robustly assess the overall impact of the Life Chances Fund (LCF) so far
- Investigate the role and impact that the LCF has had on the SIB market
- identify what worked well and less well with the fund and if the fund is on track to achieve its aims and objectives.
