Description

The Care and Health Improvement Programme (CHIP), a partnership of the Local Government Association (LGA) and the Association of Directors of Adult Social Services (ADASS), are looking to commission support to develop a workforce modelling and capacity planning approach and tool. The tool will enable councils to better understand the size and composition of the workforce needed to achieve the outcomes required for local residents both now and in the future. The modelling tool will inform local strategies for dealing with short term workforce challenges over winter as well as informing longer term transformation plans and the implementation of new models of care and support, including the new Integrated Care Systems.
