Description

Nottingham City Council (hereafter 'the Authority'), in conjunction with Nottingham City Homes, is seeking expressions of interest from suitably experienced and qualified entities to enter into a Competitive Dialogue aiming to develop an innovative, scalable, and cost-efficient solution to reducing energy use in a number of urban properties through retrofitting and installation of insulation and other energy-reduction, generation and storage measures using the Energiesprong concept. This tender is for a contract to be delivered in two phases, a Pilot phase valued at up to 585 000 GBP and a subsequent Development phase.
The Development phase is dependent on the appointed contractor successfully delivering the outcomes of the Pilot phase, and also on the Authority being able to secure funding to proceed.
Progression to the Development phase will be at the Authority's unfettered discretion.
The stated end date for the contract is for the Pilot phase; potential timescales for the Development phase will be further developed during the dialogue stage of the procedure.
Please refer to procurement documents for full details.
