Description

This is a Contract Award Notice for Best Start Early Learning Collaboration.
Croydon Council commissioned an Early Learning Collaboration to provide pedagogical leadership and supportto Early Years providers in Croydon.
The contract of service is for an Early Learning Collaboration to form in order to provide pedagogical leadershipand support to Early Years providers in Croydon.

The Early Learning Collaboration is based on the principles of Teaching Schools and will be a cross sectormodel that will deliver to early year's providers across the whole of the borough.
The Early Learning Collaboration has been commissioned to deliver support, advice and training to Early Yearsproviders to help strengthen Early Years provision in the borough.
To ensure that young children get the best start in life, Croydon's Best Start model aims to bring together keyservices including health visiting, children's centres, early years and the voluntary sector into an integratedservice model by 2018.
The Contract will be for 2 years with a possible 1 year extension.
