Description

The Authority requires a complete solution to transcode and publish every public Parliamentary Proceeding online, within a video player.

The solution shall be complete and include all aspects summarised as;

Obtain signals presented by a third party supplier.

Transcoding of all signals into a multi-bitrate format suitable for internet distribution.

Hosting and distribution of live and archive video/audio using Hypertext Transfer Protocol (http).

Production and hosting of thumbnails from live and recorded video.

Scalable and protected origin servers.

Managed Content Distribution Network.

Implementation and hosting of an embeddable cross platform video and audio player.

The successful tenderer shall provide all designs, equipment, connectivity, hosting, support and management for the duration of the contract, and shall meet the quality standards as specified by the Authority.
