Description

Colchester Borough Council (the "Council) is seeking to commission an Agency to plan, implement and evaluate a 'no idling' marketing campaign.

The aim of the campaign is behaviour change; the Council wants people to start regularly switching their engines off when they are parked or stationary, particularly outside schools and within Colchester's Air Quality Management Areas.
