Description

Norwich City Council, on behalf of the Greater Norwich Authorities, invites tenders from suitably qualified consultants to provide a Greater
Norwich employment, town centres and retail study.

This Employment, Town Centres and Retail Study will identify the Local Plan interventions, policies and land requirements needed to meet jobs growth and the need and demand for premises. This will include retail floor space and other town centre uses. Jobs growth will be derived from forecasts, "City Deal" commitments and any additional growth likely to emerge from interventions in targeted sectors.

This document includes information for the intended consultant appointment by Broadland District Council, Norwich City Council, Norfolk County Council and South Norfolk Council, collectively known as the Greater Norwich Authorities, to provide professional services for the works as set out within the project brief.
