Please find attached documents relating to the tender for the Manikin procurement for the Anglia Ruskin School of Medicine.

Delivery Notes

Anglia Ruskin University is one of the largest Universities in the East of England and our main campuses are in Chelmsford, Cambridge, Peterborough and London.

The University is undertaking this tender process for the supply, installation and maintenance of patient simulator manikins. The appointed supplier will be required to supply, install, commission and maintain the equipment at the University in accordance with the terms of any Agreement from this tender.

Along with the fulfilment of the Manikins for the Anglia Ruskin School of Medicine, it is intended to appoint the successful tenderer as the Preferred Supplier of Manikin requirements for Anglia Ruskin University with a contract lengths 36 months with the option to extend for a further 2 x 12 months.

It is anticipated, but is subject to change, that the University will initially purchase approximately 10 manikins from one supplier, further manikins may be purchased during the duration of this Agreement as long as agreed by both parties in writing. The manikins will be required to be delivered and fully commissioned before the start of the Medicine course in September 2018.
