Description

The London Borough of Hackney is seeking an experienced Clerk to provide an efficient and comprehensive service covering all aspects of the clerking and administration of independent appeal panels for school admissions. The service to be provided will be to Hackney Schools on behalf of Hackney Learning Trust and must be in accordance with current legislation and guidance issued by the Department for Education. Appeals are arranged under Section 94 of the Schools Standard and Framework Act 1998 and the Clerk must act in accordance with The School Admissions Code.

The contract will be awarded for a term of three years from 1st September 2018.
