Description
The London Borough of Ealing ("the Authority"), is conducted a direct award process, via the CCS RM6168 Estate Management Service Framework via Lot 1 under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 and has appointed Lambert Smith Hampton Group Ltd.. The services required by this contract include:
• Housing Revenue Account Valuations - (HRA) Residential
• Housing Revenue Account Valuations - (HRA) Commercial
• General Fund (GF) Desktop Valuations
• General Fund (GF) Full Valuation
• Portfolio Valuations
• Reinstatement Cost Assessments (for insurance purposes)
• Ad-hoc Valuations
• General Services (Consultancy
The contract term shall be for 3 years with the option to extend for a further 1 year. The annual value of the contract is £0.200m and the total value is £0.800m including any extension options, if applicable.
