Description
The UK Parliament is seeking suppliers to deliver bespoke services to Parliament to include, telephone 'helpline' provision for callers inquiring about issues concerning bullying and harassment and/or sexual misconduct, administration of the process for reporting complaints for investigation and to deliver personal support provided by ISVA trained staff for callers who have experienced sexual misconduct. The service is provided to existing and previous members of the parliamentary community, including visitors to the parliamentary estate. The contract is for 3 years with the potential for an additional year. The contract will be awarded in April 2020 with the services being available from July 2020. The supplier should clearly indicate if they intend to sub contract any of the services within their submission.
