Enables allocation of timed tasks to individual porters or portering supervisor for allocation
Shows productivity time for each porter on duty per shift and shift total down time
Manager's reports and tailored report capacity
Shows tasks per area of request
Jobs logged by requester or Help desk or controller
Jobs logged at ward/department level through an online portal (Optional)
I pads/handhelds for shift managers/controllers to manage shift and jobs logged
Map site and porters location (desirable)
Job need to be able to be booked and recorded electronically by requester
