Undertake work for the FSA Surveillance Programme to deliver the following outcomes:
• A set of senior stakeholders aligned behind the ambitions of the programme
• Clarity of scope and outcomes to be achieved at the overall programme level
• An understanding of the main considerations within Surveillance (such as what the priorities are; who owns the data; who are the experts etc)
• An outline roadmap / high level plan for the programme
• A more detailed roadmap for year one of the programme
• A clear set of next steps for the initial three months of the programme
• The key constraints, issues and risks surrounding the programme
• A set of key messages to use, from a Comms & engagement perspective
