Description

Non Emergency Patient Transport including High Dependency for University Hospitals of North Midlands Trust Sites and North Staffordshire Combined Healthcare NHS Trust for a 5 year period; initially for a 3 year period with an option to extend for a further two 12 month periods.
There will be the option to extend the initial 3 year period for a further 2 years.
