Description

NOTE: This notice was updated on 11 October 2018 for the following reason: tender deadline extension to 12pm 12/11/18(Teesside University carries out the majority of its FM services using in-house resources. However, in order to ensure Value for Money, certain FM services are outsourced in some buildings. This contract will cover a number of buildings, all of which have different requirements.
This contract will encompass 4 main areas/sites:
1. Central Halls, Middlesbrough - student residences
2. Saltersgill, Middlesbrough
3. Fusion Hive, Stockton
4. Centre for Professional Development (CPED) and National Horizons Centre, Darlington)
