Description
Installation of Chemical Bulk Delivery System at all Five Health and Leisure Centres operated by New Forest District Council. New Forest District Council (NFDC) is undertaking a review of the method used for the delivery of Sulphuric Acid for swimming pool water treatment at all 5 of the Health and Leisure Centres within the district. Sulphuric Acid is currently delivered in 25kg carboys. It has been decided to convert to a bulk delivery of the acid into a 1,250 litre GRP reinforced bulk chemical storage tank. This will eliminate the need for manual handling. The scope of the works is to remove existing equipment, manufacture, supply and install the correct components and equipment, including the provision of suitable bunding, to deliver Sulphuric Acid in bulk into each of the pools within each leisure centre safely. Closing Date for Submission of Tenders: 12.00 NOON, 8th March 2019 To be returned electronically via the Council's e-tendering solution "Pro-Contract" hosted on the South East Business Portal (SEBP)
