Description

Basildon Borough Council wishes to appoint an Ofgem licenced supplier of energy for the provision of electricity and natural gas to residential (domestic) customers within the Basildon borough and wider areas. This is envisioned to be achieved through a white-label agreement, in which the Council would partner with a licenced supplier to deliver energy through the use of its own unique brand.
