Description

Milton Keynes City Council Security's objective is to use systems and staffing arrangements to help us provide a safe and secure working environment for MKCC staff, Customers, and Visitors. The MKCC Security department is responsible for the policies and procedures that define our approach and our response to security concerns.
It is essential that we have security systems that are deployed effectively, serviced regularly and where necessary, alarms monitored to allow for a proactive response service mitigating risk to our assets.

The purpose of this contract is to put arrangements in place for Repairs, Servicing, Maintenance, and Monitoring (including 24/7 emergency breakdown cover) for the Security systems across four of our core sites in Milton Keynes City Council.
Sites are:

1. Whitehouse Health Centre - Dorset Way, Milton Keynes MK8 1EQ
2. Brooklands Health Centre - Montague Cres, Broughton, Milton Keynes MK10 7LN
3. Civic - 1 Saxon Gate, East, Milton Keynes MK9 3EJ
4. Linford Wood Place - Breckland, Linford Wood, Milton Keynes, MK14 6LD

The Systems include but are not limited to:

- Intruder alarm
- CCTV
- access control
- Panic alarms
- Disabled refuge alarms
- Disabled toilet alarms for Whitehouse and Brooklands
- Disabled toilet arms for Civic
- The people counting system for Civic
