Description

Efficiency East Midlands (EEM Ltd) is a procurement consortium which establishes and manages a range of Frameworks and DPS
agreements. Our members include organisations providing services to the whole public sector including Housing Associations, Local
Authorities, NHS Trusts , Education Providers and Emergency Services.

Efficiency East Midlands ( EEM Ltd) is looking to procure Heating Framework covering all types of heating and heating related renewable services which will replace our existing Heating Framework that is due to expire during August 2025.

The framework will cover all fuel types and have a planned and reactive offering that will be available for use by our membership during August 2025. The framework will cover as a minimum:
• Servicing and maintenance of domestic and commercial heating systems including a 24 hour call out service for emergency repairs
• Installation of domestic and commercial heating systems including design of the systems to be installed and removal of the old systems
• Installations, servicing and maintenance of heating related renewable technologies

The services will cover, but not limited to all aspects of servicing, repair and gas safety inspections to gas appliances and systems, LPG,
electric, solid fuel and oil-fired appliances.
The framework is likely to be split into work stream and geographical sub-lots and confirmed details will be included within the contract
notice and tender documents.

This Prior Information Notice is being used to engage with the market and interested organisations are encouraged to engage with EEM
and register their interest. The details contained within this notice are provisional and are subject to change.
