Lot 1: Production of a series of animated videos

Description: The South East London Integrated Care System (SEL ICS) is currently developing a new website, due to be launched before July 2022. To support this work, SEL ICS requires a supplier to design and produce a series of engaging animated videos that can be used across a range of channels, including website and social media. These animated videos will bring to life the key messages we want to deliver to our priority audiences. The successful bidder will need to meet the criteria set out in our specification. We are looking for suppliers based in London - any experience of working on south-east London based projects would be an advantage. We will be awarding this contract before the end of March 2022, and we would want the supplier to begin working on deliverables immediately.

Total contract value for this Lot is between £40,000-£45,000

Lot 2: Filming and production of video content

Description: The South East London Integrated Care System (SEL ICS) is currently developing a new website, due to be launched before July 2022. To support this work, SEL ICS requires a supplier to film and produce a series of engaging videos that can be used across a range of channels, including website and social media. This may include videos capturing the personal experiences of residents who use health and care services in south east London. The successful bidder will need to meet the criteria set out in our specification. We are looking for suppliers based in London - any experience of working on south-east London based projects would be an advantage. We will be awarding this contract before the end of March 2022, and we would want the supplier to begin working on deliverables immediately.

Lot 3: Digital media-buying, ad placement and management

Description: The South East London Integrated Care System (SEL ICS) is currently developing a new website, due to be launched before July 2022. To support this work, SEL ICS requires a media buying agency that specialises in placing and managing paid social media and search engine advertising, to deliver a series of campaigns designed to drive traffic to our website. The successful bidder will need to meet the criteria set out in our specification. We are looking for suppliers based in London - any experience of working on south-east London based projects would be an advantage. We will be awarding this contract before the end of March 2022, although work on the project deliverables may not commence until April 2022.

The Service is intended to be procured by means of 3 separate Lots: Bidders can submit bids for any or all Lots. A Bid Response Document must be completed and submitted for each Lot that you would like to bid for. Contract will be awarded for each of the Lot.
The duration of the contract is expected to be for 12 to 18 months
The Contract is expected to commence on 1st April 2022, with the possible deadline for delivery of the service being 30 September 2023.

Bidders are requested to review the contents of the Request for Quotation guidance document carefully, register their organisation, and express their interest in the RFQ via the e-tendering portal (ProContract). The RFQ has been issued through the e-tendering portal. All Bidders wishing to participate must complete and submit Bids that comply with the requirements set out in the RFQ document. Bidders are required to complete the Bid Response Document for (Section F of the RFQ document) for the Lot which they are bidding for) and upload it and any attachments as indicated, onto the e-tendering portal before the deadline for submission of bids specified in the RFQ document.
