Description

The development of Sowerby Sports Village is being delivered in phases. To date a northern car park and a western entrance access road and car park have been built, plus allotments, fitness track and grass pitches.

Works will commence shortly on the 3G pitch which is being separately procured under the Football Foundation framework.

This procurement exercise relates to the changing facilities only and contractors that can provide a traditional build solution and contractors that can provide a modular build solution are being sought to tender.

The contract includes the following components:

• Construction of a changing room facility that meets the minimum Football Foundation criteria as specified in the scope of works together with workshop, ancillary space and a first-floor structure that can form a future fit-out contract.
