Description

The parish council is seeking a Design and Build Quote/Contract for the provision of a MUGA court facility at the Brimp Youth Centre off Avery Way, Allhallows Kent. The site is fenced and most of the site has been used for a small football court (now removed to base). The site is 24m x 15m. The former court area is flat and a slightly lower level than the rest of the site. Public access from the road and the youth centre buildings is gated and at a slightly higher level.
Floodlighting (4 corners) to be reconnected. Some excavation required to increase size from that used by the former Football Arena. The external fence will need to be extended higher to keep balls in the arena.
